This is an agreement between the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as the “Client” and by Sev Coban Photography hereinafter referred to as the “Photographer”

I have read and agree to terms and conditions.

Photographs/images produced by the Photographer are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved). Upon final payment, the Client is allowed to display resulting images for personal use. Said images may not be altered or reproduced in any manner without prior written permission of the Photographer. Clients will receive high resolution digital images via an online gallery with printing rights, and may make prints for personal use. When publishing the photos socially or commercially, Sev Coban Photography must be noted as the photographer. The Photographer does not provide any unedited images to Client’s as it does not represent the quality the Photographer strives for. Photographer’s edited images include colour correction, colour enhancements, exposure correction, shadow and highlight recovery, lens correction, and a little artistic flare

The Client hereby grants the Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Client, Client’s Child or children or in which the Client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising or any other purposes and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The Client hereby releases the Photographer and her legal representatives and assigns from any and all claims, actions, demands, suits, liabilities, damages, expenses, and obligations of any kind arising from, or related in any manner to the Photographer’s use of said photographs

A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is due at the signing of this agreement. This is a Non-Refundable Retainer. Should the Client not show up to the scheduled appointment, cancel the appointment, or otherwise breach this Agreement, the Non-Refundable Retainer shall be liquidated for damages to the Photographer. Session fees does not include images. No photography/images will be released to the client and no rights are granted until timely payment of the chosen package is made in full

In the unlikely event that the Photographer is injured, becomes too ill, or has an emergency that prevents the Photographer from photographing the event, the Photographer will contact the Client as soon as reasonably practical, to arrange another suitable date and time. The Photographer takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, storage, and processing the photographs/images, but cannot and does not, guarantee that photographs/images of the event will not be lost, stolen, or destroyed, for reasons beyond the Photographer’s control. The Client agrees that the Photographer’s full and complete responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event
